[atlas-l] Premature question re: workflow

Is there any thought to how to efficiently retrieve results from different
collectors?  Or is the assumption that all the collector data will be cached
by brokers?

I've been working on a tagging app, with the plans of making tagged data
availabe as a collector, and started thinking about the process.  I was
looking at tagcentral.net and found it interesting, but I see atlas brokers
as more of a meta search type app, where the results are combined and
sorted.  The sheer bandwith of doing volumes of search against multiple
collectors seems like a limit, so I'm assuming the results will have to be
cached and periodically updated.  (I'd guess meta-search engines have this
problem currently).

Thoughts?  (Or am I missing the boat completely?)
