[Campaigns-l] Languages

I've been working on getting all the languages documented, as well as adding
the new wikia on political subjects onto the main Portal:Politics page.  I
found this site:

It's a Chinese wikia for left wing information, but what caught my attention
was the navigation links along the top.

I'm not sure what they are referring to, but being able to create things
like this makes me wonder if we cuold do something similar with Campaigns,
where each link would go to a different language version of the page being
viewed.  There is of course the method used by Wikipedia, where the links
show up under the nav bar to the left of the content.

Opinions?  I know that the other language sites are just getting started,
but as usual I'm trying to buid a foundation for future growth.
