www.wikia.com is the main site, just like www.wikipedia.org is their main
site. Languages branch from there.

I want to see a global movement in all languages where we base our policy
decisions on what's best for everyone. I call english the "main site"
because I can't read or write any of the other languages. It's MY main
site, but the movement isn't language or location specific. Let's hear from
everyone.
