[Campaigns-l] Languages

Chinese wikipedia's origenal "content" is mixed with traditional and
simplified Chinese, depend on which kind of characters users input.
Only zh as default language could show 4 different zh tab. If your default
is zh-hk, that would be show only traditional Chinese. The problem is this
wiki can not convert simplified Chinese to traditional if a user input with
simplified.
A wiki which default language is zh-cn, zh-hk..... has more steps to build
up. It's in process already. You'll recieve a mail when this wiki created.
