[Campaigns-l] Congressional Navigation/GUI

Very cool idea, I just wanted to second the it does not work in IE 6.0 I
tested it with two different computers and both initially loaded the
images, then pumped out a Internet explorer cannot open the internet site
... operation aborted error.
