[Campaigns-l] Back to work

Hi Jimbo,

I have been trying to translate/localize campaigns wikia for the Hong
Kong region.  The front page and mission is basically done and I am
just waiting for a place to put them.  I felt a bit of awkwardness
while translating the mission though, since HK has not been enjoying
TV politics for 50 years.  (In fact, political participation is
limited under both the British and the PRC.)  However, I still believe
that this platform will be beneficial to political discourse in the
region (especially now as the government finally learned to figured
out how to spin the media to its advantage.)  Right now, I kept the
translated version of the mission true to the original English version
but I added on a short note explaining the context of the statement so
that people in HK can relate to it as well.  Is that ok with you?  If
not I can always remove it, the pages are still on the Scratchpad at
the moment.
