I'm involved with a fledgling bill of rights wiki here in Australia:

Got the site (TWiki) reasonably well set up, now we just need to spend
time cultivating a contributing community... We're also stalled right
now getting the abri.org.au url (need an A.B.N. -australian business
number- for the .au domain).
