On your first question, local issues will differ, but I'm just as interested
in what is going on in China as anywhere else.  Translations of templates
and some of the core pages are needed, and you can take a look at the
Spanish page of translations for a start on those.

Absolutely on your second question.  We've seen that already in a few
examples, and all we've asked is that a translation be put on the page as
well so we know what is being said.
