I thought I'd drop in a note about a general problem of Wikis -- abuse by those who edit articles and/or seek to destroy things with which they disagree. Note the current third or fourth debate over deleting the American Nihilist Underground Society entry:

We've got a massive public image problem, as well as a massive quality control problem, as long as such things go on. This makes Wiki look like a group blog and not a serious effort.
