Keep in mind that both DE and FR are country codes, as well. And
you'll notice that the other two URLs mentioned above for Canada are
CA-en and CA-fr, not vice versa.

Also, it should also be noted that the URLs should probably be:
de.campaigns.wikia.com
fr.campaigns.wikia.com
ca-en.campaigns.wikia.com
ca-fr.campaigns.wikia.com
