Separate mailing lists should exist for each language (though I just
realised some are missing). However, it's up to the users on each wiki
whether they choose to use that one or this central list.

If anyone wants lists for the other languages, please let me know.

The sidebar can be edited at [[MediaWiki:Sidebar]] by any admin on the
wiki. The rest of the interface should already be translated - if you
see it in English on a non-English wiki, check your preferences -
http://www.wikia.com/wiki/Special:Preferences - you can set it to any
language you like. Admins can make changes to the interface using the
links from [[Special:Allmessages]].
