in 2005 or '04 Cory Doctorow has hold a very good "lecture" on DRM in the microsoft research center! This was funny! :-)

Please let me know, where Cory will hold his class for digital rights. Iam very intersting!

If he would do this on Campaigns Wikia, we could start also a campaign and a think tank to think about, how we can reach now global the normal pc users in free software and digital rights affairs.

The freaks and geeks are almost for this things, so we must reach now the normal pc users. The familys with one windows pc, our neighbors, people which are not so much involved in IT themes.

I think this is the next great step. And for this we need step by step a global education campaign for this issues, so that the people above can play, test and learn free software in there town. This need much voluntarys, which show other people the free software and speak about digital rights etc.

This could be the knowledge platform for this. But I would also suggest a 	cooperation with wikimedia, because wikimedia has set up "Wikiversity".

I dont like it, if many projects make the same. We need more synergy. Maybe the wikiversity section for fee software issues culd link to SELF. I dont know. We need the ensemble, not so much little islands. The big success is only possible if we work all together, beyond names, organisationds or egoisms. This is very important for our future.

We have the software freedom day, the linux days, the national linux 	expositions...

This we should link all together about Campaigns Wikia, to create a campaign, which reach the normal pc users, which know nothing about the linux day. :)

also for linux is this very important, because the goal in 2007 and 2008 should be to make linux a leading desktop for normal private pc users.

This people have nothing to do with linux until now.


We should found everyone who is interested to bring the free software and the free digital rights to everyone on the globe.

Its a very important theme for the society of the future, because free software, free knowledge and free culture have a key function for a free society. The free development of the individual need this free things. Billions of people have not much money. Have they not the right to develop there endless humane opportunities? Have they not the right to hear the musical world culture heritage? Have they not the right to know anything about our humane life and the universe?

We should do anything we can, to free the development of the individual with his endless humane opportunities.

But for this, we must break down the old borders and bring all people and organisations together, which are interested to realize such a great goal. Names, Organisations, Egoisms are our greatest challenge on the way. And we must speak about this. We need a global synergy, one table.


What would I propose? I would propose:

Let us start such a campaign together with Jimmy on Campaigns Wikia. We can work online. All what we need is a mailinglist, a forum and a wiki. This is all to change the world. We need no money.

We would gather the basic aims for such a world campaign. A central document which we make step by step perfect. Version by version, week by week.

We would gather the contact informations from all organisations around the globe, which are interested in this issues.

We would online create covering letters for the organisations and we would maintain the complete correspondence over campaigns wikia, so that everyone can work online on the greatest universal movement for free software, free knowledge and free culture.

This is what I think for what Campaigns Wikia should be. Let us go beyond the old world. Lets start the new world.
 Lets start the global collective intelligence of the humane kind.


Campaigns Wikia need only to be the free platform for one gigiantic campaign for the future society to start the global collective intelligence of the people.

This will be the web 4.0 - a change in political affairs and a corrosion of the old modells of power and authority up to the single people.

But for this, we must unite the hundreds of single little islands, we must go above names, organisations and egoisms to get a continent of collective intelligence.


We need only 20 very interested people to start a universal global campaign I wrote above.

Here in Germany I can find instantly 5 people, which would very intersted in global collective intelligence for this themes for the society of the future.

Worldwide I think we will find in a short time 50 very interested people. But for the start 20 people would reach.


Janet, Jimmy, if you are interested, we would 3. Plus 5 very interested friends from my network, we would 8. Some people from the list here, we would 12 or 15.

Two friend from me have also own networks with 150 and 300 people. Im sure, there would be also some people interested.

Jimmy has also some good friend on EFF etc. Maybe 10 people more.

So we would have offhand minimum 20 - 30 committed persons. This would be more than a enough for the start of such a public world campaign over a wiki.

So, dont think why not, think why "yes"! :) Its the only way to bring Campaign Wikia forward: We must go beyond old thoughts. Its up to you! :)
