The existence of power is a constant. The use of power and abuse of power
is what we all need to fight against. I hope that anytime I get out of
line, I get called on the carpet. You've done that a few times. So has Lou
Franklin. I'm indebted to both of you for keeping on things like that. Any
abuse of power must be confronted and fixed. That's why I'm supporting the
Arbitration Board idea on the wiki.
