[Campaigns-l] Doctorow/ global campaign for free software, free knowledge, free culture?

Thank you very much for your email answer on the list! I wanted to answer you to your emailadress, but I think its good, if we work in public, to reach a free and open process which everyone can join. And I think, this work we can good start here, on Campaigns Wikia. :)

I would propose, that we start with some simple emails Janet, to get more feedbacks from important people and different organisations.

For the first I would propose to write a short letter with a link to the campaigns wikia list to your last email and my email. And this we send people like Robin Gross from IP Justice, some people from EFF, SELF etc. and we will ask them, what we can do now to get a global campaign to free the development of the individual with his endless humane opportunities, a global campaign for free software, free knowledge, free culture, where everyone can be a part of it.

I think we will get answers and we will learn, what we must do as next to get such a open global campaign.

Let us write the people, that in this public process also theire answers will be publish in campaigns wikia.

And the idea to create/ design information material, which everyone can translate in there language and print out and make some copys, is good. So everyone need only such a template and a copy shop to reach their neighbours . :)

But additional we need also lokal arrangements to learn linux etc.

What we need is a self broadening global movement beyond single organisations or groups, where every people, group or organisation can be a part of it and where we get a real global humane synergy.
 
So I think, Campaigns Wikia is a good platform for the start.

Of course, we will also make foults, but every new things are not perfect... and every people who read this lines here and see that we make foults, can join the work and can make it better. Its free, its open, its beyond single organisations, people or groups. Very simple.

Janet, have you an idea where we can open in campaigns wikia a place for the public work for such a campaign? There we can create our first letter and make a small list with important people in the FOSS, free knowledge and free culture scene, which shall get this letter.

Let's start to create now a new public form of running global campaigns in public collective intelligence! :)

I think that this will be the method of the future, where every organisation, group or single person can join such global processes of collective intelligence. Today some organisations start a campaign together, in the future I think the biggest global campaigns will start by the people self in public over the global internet in collective intelligence with public organizing and public correspondence. We need much, much more global synergy's. :)
