[Campaigns-l] Chinese Campaign Wikia Help

Hi KJ and Wikia Staff,
Who can I talk to in order to resolve this issue? This domain issue
seem to be stuck in a glue-like state. I am planning to contact more
people to get them use the site but I am holding off until this issue
is resolved.
