We're using Moreperfect.org as a place to invite people to help draft legislation:

We are a small new nonprofit, but with some credibility  -- if we get people to help draft this legislation, there's a chance we can find sponsors. For alot of our goals, some legislation has already been drafted, or some version of it -- the trick is finding it, reaching out to the sponsors, asking for more, etc.

I'd love input and feedback. 

I believe getting even a tiny fraction of people engaged in the nonelectoral politics, the politics as it actually happens, can make a huge difference in how everyone thinks about it.
