[Campaigns-l] Seeking information on governments and transparency

I'm doing a research project for policy development, trying to figure out what governments around the world are required to post online -- committee notes, etc -- and would love your help.

Do you have any information about past research done on comparative laws for posting governmental information online? Would anyone want to work with me on this project?
