Ok, the page is only protected against people who have not signed in.  If
you're signed in, you should be able to edit it.  We had problems with IP
addresses posting spam links and links to hate sites.

Digital rights seems to be a hot topic for some people.  If you think we
should remove the protection, we can do that, but we'll need to keep a close
eye on it.
