Can I have a small corner of the wiki require auth, so that I can start
writing the Call for Volunteers?

I plan to have it out by this wednesday. We need to have a LUG meet also
this month to brief the volunteers and all.

I think I'm going to need a LOT of help with both of these things. In
particular, I have no idea what a call for volunteers looks like, as I
can't seem to find any previous cfvs.

I'm not sure what the cfv looks like either (I always assumed it'd be a
long, dry doc like the call for papers), so I may have seen it, and not
realised.

Anyway, links appreciated
