I'm not sure - but maybe he cannot find gtk-sharp libraries. Try copy
to client directory (this same where is Grubng.exe file) files:
[MonoInstallDir]\lib\mono\gac\gtk-sharp\2.10.0.0__35e10195dab3c99f\gtk-sharp.dll
[MonoInstallDir]\lib\mono\gac\gdk-sharp\2.10.0.0__35e10195dab3c99f\gdk-sharp.dll
[MonoInstallDir]\lib\mono\gac\glib-sharp\2.10.0.0__35e10195dab3c99f\glib-sharp.dll

If this help or not - please tell me about result.

And i have one question - did you try run program from mono command
prompt?
