[Grub-dev] where to report bad workunit entries?

As long as the resolution error got logged into the ARC, the server  
will eventually flag/ignore that host.

In this case though it's a perfectly valid entry, just obviously one  
that was a mistake and won't work.  There will probably be lots of  
these as the URLs are discovered and people make lots of valid-but- 
incorrect errors :)
