Guy,
There are no UML diagrams to my knowledge -- Unless someone created them for
one of the clients c# or perl and didn't share them with the list.

The best resource is to browse through the mailing lists for the last couple
of months -- which shouldn't be more than 150 emials.Another good place to
start is the svn repository everything is accesable via
http://dev.grub.org-- but here are the direct links:
