[Grub-dev] babygrub patch

I've probably (surely) broken things since I didn't setup a worklist stub on
my webserver to test this out -- but this is really just a rough draft /
prototype anyway.

1) I used GetOpt for params
2) Added "tmpdir" -t param,
3) enabled perl warnings -w
4) Added init() and main() subs that setup and call various subs
5) wrapped logically associated functionality into subs
6) added help message
7) very simple/quick/dirty validation of worklist URI


Later tonight I'll setup a stub worklist file, with a terminating PUT and
make sure the whole enchilda works, but I wanted to stick this out there
quickly to solicit advice from Jer and the community.
