[Grub-dev] first ng workunit dispatch working!

swlabs url, dns issue)

You'll need a Wikia user/pass (if you don't have one, just reg one at  
wikia.com), and after that you'll be given a new workunit.  The  
script I posted earlier, once given a u/p and the URL above, will  
grab one and PUT a compressed arc file back on the site in /arcs  
(which anyone can browse, kinda wide open for now until it gets abused).

So, if this is looking good, anyone can feel free to start  
implementing new test clients against it, yay!

Once it's not 3am I'll try to describe my ideas of where these arc  
files could go and what kind of fun things they'll become :)
