[Grub-dev] server component as apache module

I'm wondering if perhaps writing the server component has an apache module
makes more sense than a stand alone daemon.

Just thinking out loud --

Pros:
Many people understand apache
Can Leverage: Apache logging, Startup Scripts, other apache modules (ex
authentication...etc)
Implements HTTP for us, allowing us to focus on Grubby specific problems.
(Enhanced portability??? Since it would be compiled against APR, possible
binary distribution for those wishing to easily run on Windows, other
platforms...)

Cons:
Dependency on Apache being installed
Possible Bugs in different Apache versions

Thanks,
Yousef
