[Grub-dev] new svn repo, initial import of babygrub.pl

The new SVN repo is setup at: http://svn.swlabs.org/grubng/

The babygrub is under trunk/perl/babygrub.pl, and is the original version
Jer commit to dev.grub/svn. All patches will go forward from that.

The setup is fairly conducive to other languages as they will just be new
directories under trunk so if anyone has anything floating around feel free
to come forward :-)
