with this latest build Grubng 0.1.2951.39525 the .arc file gets 
rewritten properly, so it starts at zero bytes with a restart/crash all 
over again and crawls all the 250urls again.

so my bug number #1 is gone now.

only, it would be better if future grubgui clients would remember and 
save their state what urls they have already crawled inside each workunit.

that would be more efficient.
