[Grub-dev] Grub Server

There isn't really one yet, the workunit dispatcher is mostly static  
files generated from a super tiny perl script, and the PUT process is  
a hacked cgi script but in the process of being rewritten as a servlet  
that validates the ARCs and posts straight to Hadoop... Seth's been  
working hard on that part, it'll be exciting to finally have that  
important piece in place and it'll be checked into grubng svn as well :)
