[Grub-dev] New Grub page II

Hi

This is next report about new Grub page. In last week few things are
changed.
1. Simpler translation process - now someone with permissions can
translate page directly in browser (which is faster and easier than
earlier version). So if someone is interested in translation, give me a
sign and i give you permissions for this.
2. Few bugs are fixed - mainly sending mails by server and login with
usernames with special characters (whitespaces etc).
3. Few small changes in site layout.
And like always - all propositions and comments are welcome ;)

At the end - Upload server (with .arc files) again not work (HTTP
Error 500).
