[Grub-dev] Workunit delivery

I fixed this a few days ago and sorry that it was down for a while,  
can't believe we cranked through the some millions of urls that fast  
with just a few clients running :)

BTW Seth, it's /u01/workunits/stagelink.pl, but I hope we can get the  
hbase-fed dispatcher going before this becomes an issue again, *g*
