I confirm that for 24h. Didn't i already tell you at irc?

My first guess was that we run out of workunits again, but this time 
it's 401, not 500 so perhaps
we lost again access to the user table :(

So, in short, this program is a NOP. It does nothing (but exit gracefully).

I tried to directly compile it on windows, but seem to miss gtk and glib 
(and i have no idea how to
install them for C#).
