What you exactly mean?

I'm not test build it on Windows but probably:
- If you want build all client (with gtk# and winforms gui) you need a
Mono + GTK#
- If you want build only windows client you need only Mono

Plus few things:
- Mono under Windows has problems with find GTK# - thus probably build
full client can be difficult
- You have nant in Mono installation on Windows, but probably you must
copy nant.bat file from MonoInstallDir/bin to directory with source of
client.
