I didn't understand from your e-mail if the idea is that the person
can create the arc file and use it right away or if the arc file is
uploaded and goes to a queue where someone else will probably take it.

As I've mentioned before, the original Grub idea that if you have your
own site it is good for you to run Grub to make sure the index on your
site is up to date makes a lot of sense to me, so I like the idea of
opening it again even if it is in a different way.
