Yeah, we'll need to deal with that as we have that problem though, it  
means we've grown and become useful if people are trying to spam it, I  
like the sound that :)

The "index" that I'll be making of the uploaded ARCs will be very  
lightweight and simple and yes, contain a reference to the ARC and the  
exact byte offset of the original document inside it.

I'm thinking either just tab-delim or a basic JSON right now, but  
we'll see after I get /something/ working :)
