[Grub-dev] first part, uploading sitemaps

I've just turned on the ability to PUT any sitemap file (must end
in .xml.gz) to the grub dispatch server:

$ curl -X PUT -T sitemap.xml.gz -u jeremie:****** http://dispatch.grub.org/maps/jeremie/google.xml.gz
<HEAD><TITLE>OK</TITLE></HEAD><H1>Content Accepted</H1>

Anyone can upload a sitemap (see http://www.sitemaps.org/protocol.php)
using their Wikia user/pass. I'll upload the one I'm using to
generate the current workunits, and I'll start including those into
the workunit generation. It's a start!

Seth has most of the ARC processing working and we're even getting it
ingested into Nutch to build an index (with a few issues, getting
fixed). By Monday you should hear from either Seth or I with a URL
where all the ARCs will be sitting for anyone to peruse and start
processing (to generate more sitemaps and upload them? *grin*).

Progress :)

Jer
