Thank you for clarify situation. I have one request: could you both put
a one sentence to README files in C and Perl directories about this? For
example: "All scripts available under BSD (revised) license". I
know, this is not full solution of problem, but this information can be
later hard to find on mailing list (lack of search option here ;) ).
