[Grub-dev] Url dispatching and failed upload

But how long until the dispatch server packs them into another workunit?
The dispatch server does not know if the upload was a success or not, so the
urls have to wait the same amount of time as the ones that suceeded.

I think the best way will be if you send your code to Giorgos.

I will try post any code to giorgos for the moment then, if that is alright
with him that is, Giorgos?
This way, if possible, he could also check my code to make sure its "good
enough" and that I did not do something really stupid :)
