[Grub-dev] GrubNG upload server 0.2 released

Hi

Today i released second alpha version of new Grub upload server. Main
changes since last release:

- added users statistics
- added server API (soon at Grub page been available detailed
informations about this)
- added more verbose informations about invalid .arc file
- added ability to update configuration file
- fixed few bugs which crash server
- implemented few new, shiny bugs ;)

Like always - any propositions, bugs reports etc are welcome and
expected ;)
