[Grub-dev] GrubNG upload server 0.3 released

Hi

Today we released new version of new Grub upload server. Main
changes since last release:

- code optimization
- added auto-uploading .arc files to database (currently disabled)
- added auto-checking for free space on disk
- simplify server start/stop/restart

Any propositions, bug reports are welcome ;)

And one information: from today it is our main upload server so, you
don't need to change dispatch server address to test it. For some time
development dispatch server at:

http://dispatch.grub.org/do/workunit/dev

been use to test new versions of workunit files (with more HTTP
headers).
