propositions:<BR><BR>1) Creative commons content<BR>2) Personal blogs<BR>3)
Free Software/Open Source projects<BR><BR>For me, most interesting
propositions are #1 and #3.<BR>For #3 Yes, there is Freshmeat or Ohloh, but
