I don't believe in "Search Democratized". The more friends a webmaster
has, the better position will achieve in results his/her website.
People use to vote only the sites of their friends and vote negative
for "enemies" or not friends.

In addition, people's recall is too small. One person can not evaluate
properly more than 10 or 20 pages for a search. And it's typical that
almost nobody arrive to results farther than 30th-40th position.

A system like that results in a battle of few sites to appear in first
position and the other lots of millions of sites die in the
forgetfulness.
