Most Social sites are prone to manipulation and mine is no exception.  
But, I have put in measures that would counter the moves of a web- 
master whose intention is to rig the voting system, for instance,   
the site that has the most votes does not always appear at the top of  
results. It is a combination of the no of votes and the relevance of  
the result to the query that determines the position of a result.  
Even Organic Search Engines suffer from so called Black/White Hat  
techniques. At-least now we can hope that the power of a vast  
majority of users would nullify that kind of abuse.
