Turns out it's an indexer for a XML dump of Wikipedia only; however if 
anyone might find this useful it's at:
http://flaxcode.googlecode.com/svn/trunk/libs/secore/perftest/
(you'll need the rest of secore as well, this is a Python wrapper around 
Xapian).
