[Search-l] New Mahalo license, features.

Following up on our discussion from a little bit back, Mahalo has
moved to a somewhat limited Creative Commons license. We're going to
try this one on for size and if it goes well we might make it even
loser (i.e. derivative works, and commercial). If anyone on list wants
to do something commercial or mash it up just ping me).

We also added a bunch of social features that are related to some of
our discussion here. They're called "Mahalo Social" and you can get
some background at the links below.

Also we now have RSS and OPML files at the bottom right of every page.

The social features allow you to recommend links and build a trust
score. Your trust score impacts how your links are treated moving
forward. There is no compensation for submitting links (unlike the
Greenhouse where we pay folks to write complete results) right now. In
the future who knows... you know I like paying writers/editors for
their work. :-)
