Another site that does disambiguation is the Lycos Retriever, which isn't
real-time search, but could have become real-time with sufficient
resources.  See for example its page on "Saturn (Solar System)" at
http://www.lycos.com/info/saturn-solar-system.html .  Categorization is
completely automatic.  I was the product manager for Retriever;
unfortunately, it never got the resources it needed to be fully developed.

PS I haven't seen much discussion on the issues I brought up about user
experience....  As several other contributors have noted, one of the big
challenges is to get users to notice, understand, and use added-value
features like disambiguation....
