Wikia could build such a search quite easily:

1) Write an algorithm to connect querys to Wikipedia entries
   (which actually kind of already exists 
http://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Special%3ASearch&search=Jason+Calacanis&fulltext=Search)
2) Provide a "search result view" of their pages
3) Use meta search on Google, MSN-Live or whatsoever for all other queries

at least for a first phase ...
