A group of us are going to be gathering to talk about search at OSCON
in Portland next month, July 23-27. There's currently four talks
related to search, and I'm going to host a BOF on either Wednesday or
Thursday night as an open forum to discuss anything related to open
source search.

Here's the talks:

Jimmy Wales, President, Wikimedia Foundation, Inc. - Open or Closed?
The Future of Search
Date: Friday, July 27
Time: 9:00am - 9:15am

I'm really looking forward to it, this is going to be the first real
gathering for our group and everyone is encouraged to attend. The
BOFs are free as well in case you're not interested in the rest of
the conference and just want to come for that part.

There's a number of really fun announcements happening either before
or at OSCON that should make for some lively discussions as well,
*grin*.

Jer
