*blush*, thanks, but I'd prefer to focus on the idea of a truly open
community built and *better* search, not me or any individual/
company. The idea is huge, absolutely :)

Yep, this goes beyond programming languages and even open source
projects. When an open protocol is established it becomes the
framework for everyone to participate and collaborate, across the
common dividers. The Internet made computers more accessible, the
Web made content more accessible, and with the right approach, we can
make knowledge more accessible.
