I do give a critical importance on what local, physical smart search would be ?

Any users should get the most accurate result when searching in Paris
for local connected queries and it should be ranked not by link
popularity but rather by nearest highly visited site connected to his
nearest location.

Answers can be vocals and or textual, why not visual ?
