I am thinking in the same direction. And,  if by 'query' we  
understand Wikipedia-like topic/subject we can aggregate
all tuples in a topic specific Wikipedia-like page

So if we have a tuple

(user1, 'Hotels_In_Tampa','http://.....', 60)

and many other tuples like this we can show them on   
'Hotels_In_Tampa'  Wikipedia-like page
